For most of the evening in Toronto, it looked as if the magic associated with Jeremy Lin’s ascent had not made it across the border.
In the last 65 seconds, it was back in the most dramatic way imaginable.
Lin scored the final six points of the game, including a tie-breaking three-pointer over Jose Calderon with 0.5 seconds left, to help the Knicks win 90-87. Lin finished with 27 points and a career-best 11 assists, shaking off an uneven start to the evening.
Lin got the chance after the Knicks recovered a missed shot. With the whole arena standing, Lin drilled the shot, drawing a huge pop from the fans.
